Although the company is not listed on the stock exchange, the size of the turnover and the international scope of FM Logistic have led us to set up a robust governance structure. There are as many external directors as family directors. There is also a clear line between the responsibilities of the executive committee and those of the board of directors.Chairman of the Board of Directors of FM Logistic
We have the structure of a large international group, combined with the distinctive flexibility of family-owned and independent companies. Our governance model has proven effective during events such as key appointments, major capital expenditure, acquisitions and the recent waves of coronavirus. All governance bodies have performed their roles well. When everyone’s role is clearly defined, decisions are more robust.”
Eight directors, half of whom are independent and half are family members, determine the direction and future of FM Logistic. This close-knit team has an intimate knowledge of the company and works closely with its executive committee.
I am proud to be Chairman of the Executive Committee. During the last 20 years within FM Logistic, I have progressively acquired the knowledge and expertise that allow me to successfully lead the company today…. TRUST, PERFORMANCE and OPENNESS are the keys to the implementation of our company project and to the satisfaction of our customers and partners.CEO of FM Logistic
With my teammates in the management committee, we enthusiastically adopt these attitudes to keep our corporate culture strong.”

FM Group Organisation
FM Holding is the keystone of the Group. It fully plays its role as the link between the shareholders and the company’s business units, a balance between the search for performance and the desire for long-term growth. FM Holding has a governance structure adapted to its size. It is based on a supervisory board made up of non-executive directors from various backgrounds, including members of the Faure & Machet families who are not involved in the management of the company, and a management board.
Their responsibilities are clearly separated, but with a common objective: to ensure the long-term future of FM Group.

FM Holding Corporate is the consolidation holding company, which works in collective intelligence for FM Logistic and Batilogistic, while preserving the autonomy of each.”
