FM Holding is the keystone of the Group. It fully plays its role as the link between the shareholders and the company’s business units, a balance between the search for performance and the desire for long-term growth. FM Holding has a governance structure adapted to its size. It is based on a supervisory board made up of non-executive directors from various backgrounds, including members of the Faure & Machet families who are not involved in the management of the company, and a management board.

FM Foundation was created in 2017, when the FM Group celebrated its 50th anniversary, to enhance its social responsibility activities in order to participate in the dynamism of the territories where it operates, in line with the principles of sustainable development and the corporate values of trust, performance and openness.
FM Foundation’s mission is to support the integration of people in difficulties and to help socially vulnerable or disadvantaged children.
It accompanies and co-builds social innovation projects whose beneficiaries live in the vicinity of FM Group’s existing or future sites, so that these actions have a real local social impact.
